Following this training, participants will be able to practice, analyze and teach the functional exercises used in cross training, as well as design training sessions that will focus on the specific development of certain muscle and cardiovascular qualities. Important content related to basic exercises in gymnastics and weightlifting applied to cross training will be provided to enable participants to leave with concrete content that is easily applicable in their daily work or personal practice.

Objectives

  1. Acquire knowledge on the fundamentals of cross training, the relevance of its use to various clienteles;
  2. Experiment and be able to analyze the different basic movements used in cross training;
  3. Acquire the basic skills to practice and teach weightlifting and gymnastics to a sedentary or beginner clientele;
  4. Know and experiment with the different muscle and cardiovascular training methods used in cross training.
