Description
This course is given in class, but can be followed via webcast if you cannot travel to Montreal. If the confinement is extended again, all participants will take the course via webcast.
This 3-day course is designed for healthcare professionals from all practice settings who want to maximize their knowledge and skills in the management of stroke, and moderate and severe TBI clients.
At the end of this training, the participant will be able to assess the condition and implement a safe and appropriate rehabilitation and training program for people presenting with stroke and TBI.
Theoretical and practical teaching every day, following 3 main axes:
- Posture and locomotion
- Trunk and upper limb
- Ataxia
During these 3 days, several demonstrations with real patients will take place.

- Perfecting the analysis of patient movements
- Refining clinical reasoning based on analysis and evidence
- Perfecting one’s choice of interventions and re-evaluating interventions
