Helen Keeble

Helen Keeble is a highly experienced physical therapist with a passion for pelvic health. Helen has been working in this field since 2008 and has never looked back! Helen is the clinical lead and director of pH physiotherapy, a prestigious pelvic health physiotherapy company treating men and women in London and Dublin.

Helen is currently based in Dublin, but travels frequently throughout the UK and Ireland to spread the word and increase awareness and knowledge of pelvic health. Since 2015, Helen has been providing postgraduate tutoring for POGP. POGP is the pelvic, obstetric and gynaecological physiotherapy and the official UK affiliate of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. Helen has worked with female athletes from all walks of life, from complete beginners to the elite. Some of the professional sportswomen Helen has worked with include weightlifting, running, tennis, soccer, rugby, CrossFit, track and field, and Olympic weightlifting.

Helen was impressively selected to be one of the official physiotherapists for the London 2012 Olympic Games, worked at Queen’s Tennis Club (London) and also completed an 18 month residency at a major CrossFit gym in London. As an exercise enthusiast, Helen understands everything. She knows how important movement, activity and exercise can be in your life and of course all the health benefits that come with it. Women need to exercise and their pelvic health should not be a barrier to that. Helen is also a qualified Level 1 CrossFit coach.

When she’s not in clinic, coaching her team or training other physical therapists, Helen can be found on social media doing her part to raise the profile of pelvic health, especially in the context of exercise. Helen has also contributed to published articles, podcasts and lectures. Helen loves talking about pelvic health and takes every opportunity to do so!
